OUR VISION is to see the church grow in Rishton, and to see every person come to a knowledge of Jesus Christ. Our main ministry has been to children in the past but now is enveloping work with teenagers led by a group of our own young people called R.I.O.T (Rishton Impact Outreach Team) although we have people of all ages in the church. We welcome everyone to our meetings at the Rishton Baptist Church, Commercial Street, Rishton, Blackburn.
Below are the details of our regular meetings. These are subject to change, however. It would be a good idea to phone to confirm details, particularly before making a long journey.
 Sundays: 11.30am Family Worship
 12.30pm Children's own ministry
7.30pm 'R.I.O.T.' for youngsters 11+. Action packed night with live music and dramas plus the word of God.
Adult Bible study with praise and worship.
Fridays: 6.30pm J.L.Y. (Jesus Loves You club) (3-9yrs). Praise, worship and the Word of God presented with puppets, drama and craft session.
6.30pm XLR8 (10-15yrs) Do you wonder what life is all about? Are you looking for answers? Come along and we'll get you started.
Men's and ladies' meetings in various homes during the week - phone for details.
